Instead of your classic tomato-based sauce, here I’m using a creamy white one... made from cauliflower! You’d never guess, as it’s that rich and creamy. Combined with roasted mushrooms for meaty flavour and texture and a cheesy Melting Mozzarella top, this is the ultimate hearty meal. It does require a little more time than most of our other recipes but the results are worth it, and if there are any leftovers you’ll be celebrating (I think it’s even better the next day).
