This recipe is my favourite set-and-forget breakfast option. I love how easy it is to make in advance and then reap the mouthwatering rewards for days to come. This recipe is your creamy, satisfying brekky base which will leave you feeling nourished for hours, and, like many of our recipes, you can steer it in whatever flavour direction you like. Add cinnamon, mixed spice, nuts, shredded coconut, chia seeds, nut butter, fresh or frozen berries, coulis, dried fruit, coconut yoghurt (p. 171) – it’s your muesli to build on and make exactly as you like.
