Oh, the joy of this pie! The rhubarb, strawberry, apple, orange and cinnamon work together in such harmony, encased in a perfect flaky pastry. The filling is very simple, and while homemade pastry is never going to make for an ‘easy’ recipe, all in all I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised about how impressive this pie is for the modest amount of effort required.
