Best Thermomix Choc Chip Cookies Recipe

Best Thermomix Choc Chip Cookies Recipe

Free Recipe · Thermomix Baking

The famous chocolate chip cookies we used to post out as a little gift, soft, chewy and loaded with dark chocolate, now free for everyone.

These soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies are made in the Thermomix in about 35 minutes from start to finish, and the recipe makes 14.

This recipe used to be sent out free to customers as a little gift when they placed an order on our online store. We had the cutest little cards printed. Now we send out something new (if you have ordered recently you would know what!) but every few weeks we have someone emailing us saying "help! I have lost my card with the cookie recipe on it, and that was the BEST cookie recipe ever!". So, to make your life just that little bit sweeter I am now making this recipe available to EVERYONE. Enjoy, and seriously, try not to eat them all at once.

Method

1

Preheat oven to 170°C.

2

Place butter, sugar and vanilla in TC bowl, mix 30 sec / speed 6. Scrape down sides.

3

Add egg, mix 10 sec / speed 4.

4

Add flour and baking powder, mix 30 sec / speed 3. Scrape down sides.

5

Mix a further 30 sec / speed 3.

6

Add chocolate, mix 20 sec / reverse speed 3.

7

Line a baking tray with Silicone Baking Mats. Roll mixture into golf ball sized balls and press down to flatten slightly. Place on a lined baking tray 5cm apart. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cookies just begin to brown on edges. Allow to cool on baking tray.

To finish

Try not to eat them all at once. These keep well in an airtight container, and the dough can be rolled and baked in batches whenever a warm cookie is calling.
