Everyone will be eating Brussels sprouts with this recipe! The garlic crumb is crunchy, cheesy and golden, while the sprouts are tender and caramelised. Not a bitter or limp veggie in sight! Technically I suppose this is a side dish, but honestly, I’d be very happy with a big bowl of just these sprouts for dinner.
