While my no-chicken chicken salt has been incredibly popular for potatoes and popcorn, we wanted to show that this delicious organic seasoning can also be your secret weapon for eating your green veggies also! These kale chips are perfectly light and crispy, with an addictive slightly salty, slightly sweet seasoning. If you’re looking to cut the carbs and stabilise blood sugar, this recipe will be particularly exciting!

Ingredients
100g kale
30g extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp alyce’s no-chicken-chicken salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 120C fan forced.
- Strip or cut the stalks off the kale. place on a baking tray and spread out evenly (this is our favourite baking tray for this!). Pour on oil and massage leaves until evenly coated.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip kale and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until kale is crispy.
- Transfer chips to a large bowl, add chicken salt and toss to combine.
Enjoy! There definitely won’t be leftovers. You can easily double or triple the batch, just use multiple oven trays.
