Thermomix Christmas Salad Recipe

Thermomix Christmas Salad Recipe

With all that rich and heavy festive feasting, we thought a fresh, bright and light Christmas salad was just the thing! The Thermomix (or other brand of thermo cooker) makes steaming the veggies just so easy. While we created this recipe for Christmas time, frankly it would be a waste to only make it once a year! Whip up whenever you’re looking for a light meal or a beautifully flavoursome side dish.
