Thermomix Grain Free Banana & Coconut Mini Loafs Recipe

Just six ingredients, these super healthy grain-free banana breads make the perfect lunchbox snack or 3pm pick up! By baking them in our naturally non-stick bar moulds, you’ve instantly got the perfect piece portioned out every time :)

Makes 6

+ refined sugar free


120g raw almonds
50g shredded coconut
¼ tsp baking powder
2 free-range eggs
50g coconut oil
1 ripe banana, quartered 
Silicone bar moulds, for baking


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place almonds and coconut in TM bowl, mill for 15 seconds, speed 8.
  3. Add baking powder, eggs, coconut oil and bananas, mix for 20 seconds, speed 4.
  4. Divide mixture evenly between 6 silicone bar moulds and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden on top.

Allow loafs to cool for 10 minutes before removing from moulds.

Note: This recipe can easily be expanded – use double the ingredients and follow exactly the same steps.
