Beef Noodles (for Thermomix)

Place ginger, garlic and chilli (if using) in TM bowl, chop for 5 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down sides.
Add 30g hoisin sauce and beef, mix for 6 seconds, reverse speed 3. Transfer beef to lower Varoma steaming tray.
Without cleaning TM bowl, fill with 500g water. Place noodles on top of beef, and steam for 10 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 3.
Mix beef and noodles using tongs to ensure even cooking. Place broccoli on top of beef and noodles and steam for a further 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 3, or until beef and vegetables are cooked.
To finish
In a large bowl, toss together noodles, broccoli, beef, remaining 50g hoisin sauce and spring onions. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
