How do you use Alyce's Flavour Bomb salt blends? Use any blend anywhere you would reach for plain salt, whether you are seasoning as you cook or finishing a dish at the table. They burst with flavour straight from the bag, so one product works as both a cooking salt and a finishing salt.
Here is the whole idea. A simple plate of eggs, veg or pasta does not need more skill or more time to taste incredible. It needs better seasoning doing more of the work. That is what these blends are: real ingredients, a big hit of flavour, and not a long recipe in sight.
They sold out three years ago and stayed gone, because every manufacturer who could make them at scale wanted to cut the recipe with MSG, fillers or synthetic additives, and I would not add anything I do not use at home. So now Mum and I hand-make every batch ourselves, in a small commercial kitchen, the same way I always have. Real ingredients, big flavour, nothing you cannot pronounce.
